Ingredients

  • 80 g pine cones
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves
  • 3 sprigs of basil
  • 2 tsp. of coarse sea salt
  • 400 ml olive oil
  • 100 g parmesan
  • 1 squeeze lime juice
  • 20 g fresh ginger, peeled
  • 100 g dried tomatoes

Preparation

Blend everything together in the mixer to a thick purée and season to taste.
