Hot chocolate with rum

Sweet delicacy for chilly days

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp dark cocoa powder  
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cardamom 
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder 
  • 1 pinch of clove powder 
  • 60 ml rum 
  • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur 
  • Whipped cream

Preparation:

Slowly heat the milk in a saucepan over a low heat, stirring constantly. Add the cocoa powder to the warm milk and stir until a nice cocoa flavour is achieved.
Then refine with the spices and add the rum. When everything is well mixed, pour the cocoa into the mugs. Add a dash of coffee liqueur to each mug and then decorate with a nice dollop of cream.

The invigorating blend of herbal liqueur and energy drink

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml herbal liqueur
  • 100 ml energy drink
     

Preparation:

Pour both drinks together in a glass and stir briefly once with the glass straw.

For 1 glass Bartender Stone 370 ml and 1 glass Dublino, 34 ml
Glass straw, 150 mm

Aperol Spritz

Also a pleasure in winter

Ingredients:            

  • Ice cubes
  • 9 cl prosecco                                          
  • 6 cl Aperol                        
  • 3 cl soda water
  • 1 orange slice for glass decoration

Preparation:                                                                                             

Fill the wine glass with the ice cubes and top up with 9 cl processo. 
Then add 6 cl Aperol and 3 cl soda water. Finally, decorate the glass with the orange slice.

For 1 glass Electra, 44 cl

Cocktail "hot granny"

Not just for grandma

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg yolk 
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 200 ml milk 
  • 8 cl egg liqueur                    
  • Whipped cream

Preparation:

Slowly heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat, do not bring to the boil.
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Then whisk the egg yolks to a creamy consistency, add to the milk and mix well. Add the egg liqueur, season with nutmeg and pour into the glass. Finish with a nice topping of cream from the Isi Cream dispenser.

For 1 tea and mulled wine mug, 250 ml

Irish Coffee

For lovers of coffee with alcohol

Ingredients:            

  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Irish whiskey                                      
  • 1 cup of hot strong coffee                
  • lightly whipped cream

Preparation:                                                                                            

Firstly, the Irish whiskey is heated with the sugar and then topped up with the hot strong coffee. The lightly whipped cream is now carefully poured into the glass over a tablespoon so that the cream does not mix with the coffee.

For 1 glass of Irish coffee, 250 ml

Sometimes you don't need a recipe to get into the winter mood - a well-chilled beer, freshly poured, is all you need. Simply choose your favourite beer, pour it into a glass and enjoy the moment. After all, who says it always has to be a hot drink to feel good all round? Cheers to uncomplicated enjoyment!
