Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1/2 ripe pear
- about 50 g mache
- 80 g Weintrauben
- 100 ml grapes
- 120 ml still water
- 4 stalks of mint
Preparation
Purée all ingredients at highest level.
Tip: Knock the mint bevor puréing to make the flavour devolop.
