A recipe from TV chef Alex Wahi

Ingredients

  • 250 ml cream (32 %)
  • 1 mango (mature), or 150 ml mango pulp
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla bean

Preparation

Cut open the vanilla and scrape out the pulp.
Peel the mango and scoop out the pulp.
Blend the cream with the mango pulp, vanilla and sugar.
Strain through a sieve and pour into the bottle. 
Chill for approx. 1 hour, screw on 1 cream charger and shake.
