Red Smoothie


Ingredients for 1 serving

  • 100 g mixed berries 
    (e.g. raspberries, strawberries, blackberries - can also be deep frozen)
  • 75 ml (2.6 fl.oz) milk or a milk alternative
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

First place the (frozen) berries in a powerful blender and blend for ½ minute. Then add the milk (alternative) and maple syrup and blend until the smoothie has a pleasantly creamy consistency.
