Overnight Oats with mango


Ingredients for 2 servings

  • 120 g rolled oats
  • 250 ml (8.8 fl.oz) milk(alternative)
  • 2 tbsp quark (alternative)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp grated mango
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 mango

Preparation

Mix the rolled oats with the milk, quark (or alternatives) and chia seeds directly in the jar. Remove the stone from the mango, cut into pieces and fold in together with the chopped almonds. Sweeten with maple syrup to taste. Close the jars tightly and place in the fridge overnight.
