Overnight Oats with cocoa


Ingredients for 1 serving

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 120 ml milk (4.2 fl.oz) (alternative)
  • ½ tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Maple syrup or agave syrup for sweetening
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of blueberries

Preparation

Mix the rolled oats with the milk (alternative), chia seeds and cocoa powder directly in the jar. Carefully fold in the blueberries. Sweeten as required and place in the fridge overnight. On the day of consumption, cut the banana into pieces and stir in carefully to prevent it from turning brown.
