Yellow Smoothie


Ingredients for 1 serving

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 100 ml (3.5 fl.oz) water

Preparation

Peel all the fruits and the ginger. Remove the stone from the mango, cut the orange into pieces and finely chop the ginger. Place all the ingredients in a powerful blender and blend for 1 minute until the smoothie has a creamy consistency.
