Grilled vegetable skewers

Ingredients

  • 500 g zucchini
  • 500 g carrots
  • 500 g radish
  • 500 g shallots
  • 100 g button mushrooms
  • 20 g ginger
  • 1 pack cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g chickpea flour
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 50 g curry powder
  • 20 g sweet paprika
  • wooden or bamboo skewers approx. 20 cm long

Preparation

Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut the zucchini, carrots and radish into 1 cm strips. Cut the ginger into thin strips. Add the lime juice, spices and a little water to the chickpea flour in a bowl and mix to a thin batter. Add the vegetables and mix carefully. Then add the vegetables to the skewers. Grill the skewers until firm, then serve as a snack in the glass.
