A delicious dip for nachos and other snacks


  • 250 g grated cheddar cheese
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml cream
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 sprinkles of lemon
  • 1 splash Tabasco or Sambal Oelek (if you like it hot)


Heat milk and cream in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Add the grated cheddar cheese gradually and stir until the cheese is completely melted and mixed with milk and cream. Season with paprika powder and lemon juice, season to taste with Tabasco or sambal oelek and transfer to a 450 ml gourmet glass so that the snack is cooled and ready to eat in time for the break show.
