Lassie mango yoghurt

Ingredients

  • Mango fruit or puréed mango
  • 400 ml milk
  • 5 tsp. cane sugar
  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 4 cardamom pods

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in the mixer, purée at high speed – finished! Press the cardamom pods and use them as a garnish. Let stand for two minutes. Vegans should replace the yoghurt and milk completely with coconut milk.
