A French classic you find in any French household: the round bodied Super Bocaux clip-top jars made by Le Parfait. They are ideal jar for preserving, fermentation and storage. Beyond the Super Bocaux jars are often used for decoration.
The Super Bocaux clip-top jars are available with iron clips and as a dishwasher-proof inox version with clips made of stainless steel you don't find anywhere else in the market, but just at Einkochwelt®. Both series are appropriate for sterilisation: gas release in the autoclave at 0.9 bar or vacuum under the box at 0.85 bar or rather up to 127°C for maximum 90 minutes at a back pressure of 2 bar.
