Sunshine in a glass – delicious cocktails in glasses and bottles for your summer party

Mint syrup

75 g mint / 500 g sugar / 500 g water / 1 organic lemon

Boil the bottles and caps in water for 10 minutes, then set them aside.
Wash the mint, remove the stems and roughly chop the leaves. Meanwhile, boil the sugar and water together in a saucepan until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Grate the lemon zest and add it to the sugar syrup along with the mint. Turn off the heat and leave the syrup to steep for 20 minutes on the still-warm hob.
In the meantime, squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into the syrup. Bring the mixture to the boil again.
Strain through a fine sieve into the prepared bottles and seal immediately.

The syrup will keep for approximately six months and should be stored in the refrigerator after opening.

Mint syrup is great in smoothies, mint lemonades, iced teas, Hugo cocktails and mojitos. It can also be used to enhance desserts, fruit salads, dressings and marinades.

Mojito

4 cl Barceló Blanco / 2 cl lime juice / 2 BL cane sugar / 1 BL mint / 1 can soda
BL = 1 bar spoon ~ 0.5 cl

Place the mint, lime juice and cane sugar in a glass and gently crush them together using a pestle. Then fill the glass with ice cubes and add the rum. Stir everything together with a glass straw, then garnish with a slice of lime and some mint leaves. Enjoy this cool, tart, medium-strength summer cocktail!

The mojito is the perfect drink for balmy summer evenings, combining refreshing mint, tangy lime and a hint of sweetness to create a lively Caribbean taste experience.

Sex on the beach

3 cl vodka / 3 cl peach liqueur / 6 cl orange juice / 6 cl cranberry juice / 1 orange slice

Place all the ingredients in a glass, add ice cubes and close with the lid. Close the glass with its lid and shake vigorously. Decorate with half an orange slice hooked onto the rim of the glass. Enjoy this fruity, medium-strength cocktail with a glass straw.

It's the ideal cocktail for lively parties: fruity, colourful, summery and sweet. It combines peach and orange to create an exotic treat that instantly lifts your mood.

Rhubarb syrup

500 g rhubarb / 150 g sugar / 500 ml water / 1 organic lemon

Boil the bottles and caps in water for 10 minutes, then set them aside.

Wash the rhubarb and cut it into small pieces. Bring it to the boil gently without adding water. Strain the juice through a fine sieve into a saucepan, then bring to the boil with water, sugar and lemon juice. Pour the finished syrup into the prepared bottles. The syrup will keep for up to six months if unopened. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.

The syrup makes a lovely gift, whether used in summer to make cocktails or lemonade with sparkling water – the delicious rhubarb syrup is always popular.

Rhubarb syrup is the basis for spritzer drinks. It can also be used in dressings, cake glazes, and compotes, and it enhances the flavour of panna cotta, vanilla ice cream, pancakes, and waffles.

White Melon Spritz

10 cl fruity dry sparkling wine / 3 cl watermelon fruit liqueur / 1 cl lemon juice

First, fill the champagne flute with ice cubes, then add the dry, fruity sparkling wine. Then add the watermelon liqueur and a dash of lemon juice, stirring briefly to combine. Garnish with mint and/or a slice of lemon, then enjoy!

The White Melon Spritz is the perfect drink for sunny afternoons: light, fresh and subtly fruity, it combines the delicate sweetness of white melon with sparkling effervescence to create an elegant summer treat.
