Lassie Mango Yoghurt

For Swing-Top-jars à 250ml

Ingredient

  • Mango fruit or puréed mango
  • 400 ml milk
  • 5 tbsp. cane sugar
  • 200 g yoghurt
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 4 cardamom pods

Cooking/Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in the mixer, purée until smooth - finished! Press the cardamom pods and use them as a garnish - let stand for 2 minutes. For vegans: Replace the yoghurt and milk completely with coconut milk.
