- 80 g pine cones
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs of basil
- 2 tsp. of coarse sea salt
- 400 ml olive oil
- 100 g parmesan
- 1 squeeze lime juice
- 20 g fresh ginger, peeled
- 100 g dried tomatoes
Blend everything together in the mixer to a thick purée and season to taste.
